Mustard-y Salmon
Ingredients
- 2 12 oz filets of salmon
- 1 TBSP dijon
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- ~1 TBSP brown sugar (or some other sweetener)
- Some soy sauce
- Sea salt, pepper
Directions
- Lay salmon on the baking sheet. Dry the filets.
- Add sea salt and pepper.
- Whisk together mustard, oil, and brown sugar until combined. Spread onto salmon. Drizzle olive oil on top.
- Put oven on broil. Broil salmon for 6-8-10 minutes depending on how done you want it. Make sure to keep a close eye on it.
- Serve :)
